Феминитивы — это инструмент

Берем текст с условной личной страницы. Если страницу используют для продвижения своего дела — в нем будет о продукте: магазине, агентстве, курсах. Его цель — заинтересовать будущих клиентов, показать им, насколько предложение сделает их жизнь лучше, например, принесет больше денег. При чем же тут феминитивы?

Пояснение от Ксении Собчак. Феминитивы — явление в языке, когда при помощи суффиксов обозначают пол в профессии. Например, редактор и редакторка.

А вот при чем. У каждого текста есть своя аудитория — или те, до кого автор текста хочет дотянуться. И уже от аудитории зависит, будет ли автор использовать специальные суффиксы в словах или нет.

Допустим, Марина продает писательские курсы. Она работает не ради прибыли, ей просто приятно обучать ремеслу тех, кто ей близок по духу. Например, это будут лояльные феминистическим взглядам люди — как женщины, так и мужчины.

В тексте о курсе она будет называть себя «преподавательницей» или «менторкой», и при каждом случае использовать феминитивы. Она считает, что так правильно и ищет тех, кто разделяет эту точку зрения.

Есть другой вариант использования феминитива — привлекающий внимание конкретной аудитории. Возьмем условную Иру — хозяйку небольшой булочной, не феминистку. Она заходит в группу и предполагает, что там — много приверженцев тех самых взглядов.

Пишет:

Феминитивы и активизм

Сам по себе феминитив в тексте сейчас — это не плохо и не хорошо. Просто его используют как инструмент. Фем-активистки употребляют феминитив в каждом своем тексте, чтобы продвигать свои идеи. С малого начинается большее: человек обратит внимание на непривычное ему написание слова, это его заденет, он втянется в дискуссию — то есть, уже попадет во внешнюю воронку пропаганды.

Для пропагандистки любая реакция идет на пользу. Чем больше феминитивов в тексте активистки, тем быстрее распространяются ее идеи. Задача — чтобы как можно больше людей узнали о феминизме.

Если вы используете феминитив для продвижения своего дела — будьте готовы к последствиям и негативу: в 2019 году пока это так.

Я не использую феминитивы — ни в постах на странице, ни в работе. Но и не осуждаю тех, кто использует. И даже люблю их как инструмент: не сами феминитивы, а тему. Вы же зачем-то дочитали до конца?
